Description

The possible error codes are:

  • 6010h: Watchdog reset
  • 3100h: Input voltage too high/low
  • 2300h: Output current too high
  • 8100h:Fieldbus error
  • 8130h: Nodeguarding error CANopen only: NMT master takes too long to send Nodeguarding request
  • 7305h:Sensor 1: fault/defect Sensor 1 (see 3204h): Error through electrical fault or defective hardware
  • 7306h: Sensor 2: fault/defect Sensor 2 (see 3204h): Error through electrical fault or defective hardware
  • 7307h: Sensor 3: fault/defect Sensor 3 (see 3204h): Error through electrical fault or defective hardware
  • 8612h: Limit switch exceeded
  • 4200h: Overtemperature (controller)
  • 8611h: Following error The values of object 6065h (Following Error Window) and object 6066h (Following Error Time Out) were exceeded; a fault was triggered.
  • 7600h: Non-volatile memory full/corrupt Warning: Nonvolatile memory full. The current save process could not be completed; parts of the data of the save process are lost. Controller must be restarted for cleanup work.
  • 7121h: Motor blocked
  • 8200h: PDO transfer too slow CANopen only: Slave took too long to send PDO messages
  • 8210h: PDO with wrong length, PDO not processed due to a length error (CANopen only)
  • 8220h: PDO length exceeded (CANopen only)
  • 6320h: Rated current not set Rated current must be set (203Bh:01h/6075h)
  • 1000h: Encoder resolution/number of poles wrong
  • 6100h: Internal software error (generic )
  • 8240h: Unexpected sync length (CANopen only)
  • 8400h: Slippage error, error in speed monitoring
  • 7200h: Internal OTP error, correction factor for reference voltage missing
  • 7110h: Error in the ballast configuration Only with NP5, CPB: Error in the ballast configuration: invalid/unrealistic parameters entered
  • 7113h: Warning, ballast resistor thermally overloaded
  • 5440h: Interlock error Bit 3 in 60FDh is set to "0", the motor may not start
